Sports Massage

These sessions are focused solely on massage techniques to relieve muscle tension, aid recovery, and support athletic performance.

Please note: Sports massage appointments do not include assessment, rehabilitation advice, or Injury Rehabiliation treatment.

Pricing:

  • 30 minutes – £30

  • 45 minutes – £45

  • 60 minutes – £50

Injury Rehabilitation

Injury Rehabiliation appointments are comprehensive treatment sessions and may include:

  • A full assessment of your injury or condition

  • A personalised rehabilitation plan

  • Manual therapy, massage, and targeted treatment techniques

  • Ongoing advice to support your recovery

Pricing:

  • Injury Rehabiliation Session – £55

FAQs

What Should I wear to AN APPOINTMENT?

With your consent, you may be asked to remove or move clothing so that they can easily access and treat the area concerned. For this reason, it is better to wear loose and comfortable clothing that can be easily taken off or moved.

For example, if you are attending for a problem with your legs, you may wish to bring a pair of shorts. For assessment of your neck or arms, a strappy or sleeveless top may be useful.

There is parking available directly in front of the building. Look out for the A.R.M Rehabilitation and Massage sign by the right-hand door — then just head upstairs to find us.

Is there a cancellation Policy?

To secure your appointment, we require a £15 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in the loss of your deposit. This policy helps us manage appointments efficiently and ensures availability for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
